Terms and Conditions
- Order Acceptance/Confirmation: When you place an order through our website (shopbck.com) shopping cart, we will check the information you have given for validity, by verifying your method of payment and shipping address. If you paid through Paypal, we will only ship to your Paypal-confirmed address. If you paid by credit card, we will ship to your credit card billing address unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon.
- Order Limitations/Rejection: We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us and/or limit quantities on any order that is placed with us, without giving a reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you provided at the time of your order. Normally, your credit/debit card will not be charged if your order is rejected. However, if a charge was made to your credit/debit card, we will process a refund within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Receipt of an order confirmation (electronic or other form) does not indicate our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time, even after receipt of your order and payment, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Product Availability: Orders placed on this website are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to ensure accurate inventory in order to prevent overselling items, sometimes we may miscount a product or the system fails to record an adjustment. In the event an item you ordered is not available, we will contact you to discuss options (usually either awaiting a restock, choosing another item, taking a store credit for future use, or issuing a refund to your original payment instrument). Placing an order at shopbck.com is not a guarantee of availability of any product or price.
- Shipping Limitations: Orders placed on this web site will be shipped according to our shipping policy. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Pre-Orders are shipped (or made available for pick-up) on the day the product is officially released. Within 48 hours of shipping your order, a tracking number (when applicable) will be entered into your order on shopbck.com. You may reference tracking by signing into your shopbck.com account and viewing your order history. Larger orders may be palletized and sent via Freight Carrier which we will arrange with you before shipping. All purchases made on this web site are made pursuant to your agreement that risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Ordering and Paying for PRE-SELL Products: The purchaser agrees to purchase and pay in full for pre-sell products at the advertised price when the order is submitted. Price adjustments are not made if the price changes after the order is placed. No refunds will be given for any fluctuation in price (just as well will not charge you more later if the price climbs before the product is released). WE DO NOT offer a deposit option for pre-sells. In order to lock in availability and price as you see it now on the listing, you must add it to the cart and complete your order with payment in full. By choosing to not complete your pre-order now, realize that the price may increase before your next visit, or availability may become more limited or have sold out completely. Earlier prices and availability will not be honored UNLESS you completed your pre-order transaction. All pre-orders are non-refundable. By locking in the price with a pre-order, we may adjust our standing order with the manufacturer to which we are then obligated to purchase that additional product on your behalf. If you desire to pre-order a full case or cases of wax products, you will need to contact us first by following the instructions in the listing for the product you're interested in.
Availability of Pre-Sell Products: Each listing will include an expected release date for that product. The date we enter is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change at any time. When placing a Pre-Order with us, you understand the date of release may change (and perhaps more than once), and agree to wait until the product is ultimately released. We will ship your Pre-Order items on the same day of official release. If you chose to pick it up from us, you may do so on the day of release or after and only at the location you chose when ordering. We will not under any circumstances release product before its official date of release. - Accuracy of Information: BCK attempts to ensure that information on this website is complete, accurate, and current. Despite our best efforts, the information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of any information on this website. Products may have different attributes than those listed. We may make changes to the description, price and availability at any time without notice.
- Sales Tax: BCKis located in the state of Illinois. We collect and remit Illinois state sales tax as required by law. If you, the purchaser, have tax exempt status, please contact us. You will be required to provide your state sales tax number and certificate prior to making a purchase.
- Returns: All sales are final. Refunds and/or exchanges are not given except in the case of damage during shipping, or if we shipped you the wrong item(s). Issues regarding the content and/or the quality of product must be directed to the manufacturer. We will be happy to provide contact information for manufacturers, if requested. Insertion ratios ("hits") are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed by BCK.
- Payment Agreement: You expressly agree and affirm that you are the direct owner of the payment instrument used to complete your order at shopbck.com. If you used Paypal, it must be your personal name (or the name of your business) as the Paypal account owner. Similarly, if paying by credit card, it is your name and/or company name that appears on the credit card. Any use reported to us as fraudulent (even if not resulting in a reversal of charges) will be turned over to law enforcement every time.
- These terms and conditions are not comprehensive and do not represent the entire contract between you and BCK during your use of this web site.
