Here is an easy way to gauge the thickness of a card: a regular card is about 20 points thick. Thus, you can stack up regular cards next to your thicker card and do some easy math. That is, if your card is about the thickness of 5 regular cards, then it would need a 100 point holder.

BCW makes a great top loader. All side are firm and well constructed. Not a lot of excess plastic shavings. Worth the investment for protecting your cards.
